Swedish backpack features
When searching for project bags, I always look for lots of pockets! We makers need those extra pockets for knitting needles, crochet hooks, stitch markers, tape measures….and all the project things, amiright?! That is one of the main reasons I chose this particular Gaston Luga backpack style. Besides the perfect shade of pink and Scandinavian streamlined design, I loved that it included two open side pockets, a front zipper pocket as well as an internal zipper pocket. Much to my surprise, as I was filming my Gaston Luga backpack video, I found another pocket!! That is a total of 6 pockets, y’all! Let’s review them all…
These features give me plenty of room for keeping all of my knitting and crochet supplies organized and not in a pile in the bottom of the backpack. I especially like the interior pocket for keeping notions! The padded sleeve on the inside fits most 11-13″ laptops.
The open side pockets have plenty of room for holding my largest knitting needles securely. You can even fit two sets in there! They can also hold crochet hooks or a cell phone! The backpack keeps it’s rectangular shape nicely, making it easy to get in and out of – great for grabbing your current knitting or crochet project!
