I always love learning new cast on techniques…who’s with me?! Today I’m sharing the cast on method I use for my Unicorn Sparkle Beanie pattern and Cloud Catcher Beanie pattern– the Cable Cast On. I’ll be releasing my beanie pattern for free on the blog soon, so make sure to keep your eyes out! π

This cast on method isn’t as stretchy and is a little firmer than other cast on methods….It also takes a bit longer to execute, but the end result is super cool and totally worth the time! It’s also nice that you don’t have to guess the amount of yarn tail you will need for your cast on amount. π Let’s get started!
